Submission Platform

For abstract and full paper submission, the Organizing Committee of 10th Monubasin has selected EasyChair web platform. A full manual presenting step by step the submission process can be found here. You can access the EasyChair platform simply by visiting the following URL

Review Process

The review process consists of the following steps:
  1. Extended Abstract submission.
  2. Extended Abstract evaluation from the Symposium Scientific Committee.
  3. Authors Notification of the extended abstract acceptance.
  4. Full paper submission for peer review.
  5. Peer review process by external evaluators coordinated by the Symposium Scientific Committee.
  6. Authors Notification of the full paper acceptance as well as external reviewers' comments.
  7. Camera-Ready Paper Submission for the Symposium Proceedings and the Monubasin Digital Repository.
  8. Symposium Program Announcement.

Instructions for Extended Abstract Submission

Extended Abstracts must be written in English and submitted only through EasyChair web platform, following the link Authors must prepare the Extended Abstract according to the template provided here (Extended Abstract Template).

The total number of pages should not be more than 2, including affiliations, figures, tables and references.Accepted abstracts authors will be notified to submit full papers for peer-reviewing. Incomplete abstracts will not be considered for presentation. Only fully completed abstract submissions will be reviewed. 

Please note that the Easychair web platform will send an email receipt to the author and the co-authors after the author completes the submission.
Authors not receiving an e-mail notifying receipt of their abstract should check with the Organizing Committee ( or to ensure their abstract has been effectively received. Abstracts submitted must not be edited before the submission deadline. For this reason, we recommend authors to pay attention very carefully to what they want to submit.

Instructions for Full Paper Submission for peer review.

After receiving the extended abstract acceptance notification, authors should complete the full paper submission, for peer review, using the same EasyChair web platform account. Full papers for peer review must be prepared according to the template provided here (Full Paper Template). Note that authors should upload full paper in pdf format.
The total number of pages should not be more than 8, including affiliations, figures, tables and references.

Instructions for Camera-Ready Paper Submission.

At the final stage of the review process, authors should complete the Camera Ready paper submission in pdf and Microsoft Word format, taking into account all reviewers comments, using the same EasyChair web platform account. They also have to upload, in a separate zip file, all figures/images (which is ideally to be at 300 dpi resolution), ordered as they appear in the paper. It also strongly suggested to upload the presentation file (in pdf or Microsoft PowerPoint format) or the Poster (in pdf format).
